How long will my order take to arrive?
UK orders typically arrive within 1–4 working days. International orders arrive within 5–7 working days. Customs delays may occasionally affect international delivery times.

Do you ship worldwide?
We currently ship to the United Kingdom, European Union, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, and Singapore.

Can I track my order?
Yes — all orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We aim to dispatch quickly, so changes may not always be possible once an order is placed. Contact us immediately at info@thebridgewatches.com and we will do our best to help.

Products & Sizing

Which Apple Watch models are your straps compatible with?
All Bridge straps are compatible with every Apple Watch model including the Apple Watch Ultra. You simply need to choose the correct size — 38/40/41mm or 42/44/45/49mm.

How do I know which size to order?
The case size (e.g. 44mm) is engraved on the back of your Apple Watch. Select the matching size group at checkout. If you're still unsure, see our Strap Fitting Guide.

Are your leather straps water resistant?
Our leather straps can handle light splashes but are not designed for swimming or heavy water exposure. Our FKM rubber straps are fully water resistant.

Do your straps come with a warranty?
Yes — all Bridge straps are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Contact us if you experience any issues.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return window from the date you receive your order. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, with original packaging. See our full Returns & Exchanges policy.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
Please contact us at info@thebridgewatches.com with a photo of the damage and your order number and we will resolve it promptly.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

Is it safe to enter my card details on your site?
Yes. Our site uses SSL encryption and all payments are processed securely through Shopify's payment infrastructure. We never store your card details.
