Our team is ever expanding but one thing is a constant, we work with professionals who are obsessed with quality craftsmanship and elegant design. 

Steven, Chief Craftsmen/Head of Commercial.  

Steven was born and bred in Oxford and is our top dog when it comes to leather crafting techniques and the day to day commercial functioning of The Bridge. Steven has an eagle eye for quality and an natural visionary. Nothing leaves our workshop without his thumbs up.  

Leonardo (AKA Leo), Head of Materials

Leo is our man on the ground in Italy and the only person we trust to select our leathers.  Leo studied Textile design at the Florence Institute and has since held multiple positions at top fashion houses in Italy.  Leo has been with us since day one and is instrumental to The Bridge family. 

Laura, Supply & Logistics Manager

Laura joined us in 2015 when we started to shift our focus online and try our hand in the world of direct to consumer e-commerce. Laure is crucial to ensuring our materials, shipping, packaging and returns are handle with grace and efficiency.
